No, the system can assign only one User ID per policy and users cannot change their IDs. Your User ID is unique to you and linked with the security of your account.
No, you do not need to set up an account to make a payment online. You can pay without registering an account by using the Pay Now feature to make a one-time or single payment. You may continue to make single payments each time you pay without registering.
You can also make a one-time payment by calling Cincinnati’s phone payment service, 800-364-3400.
Payments receiving a confirmation number before 3 p.m. Eastern Time are applied the same day. Payments made after 3 p.m. Eastern Time are applied the next business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except bank holidays.
