The Cincinnati Customer Care Center can benefit agencies of all sizes and is available to serve direct bill commercial, personal and excess and surplus lines, management liability and commercial surety accounts.

Your clients will receive service and individual attention from empowered Cincinnati associates, licensed as agents, who manage policyholder requests and questions on your behalf.

Benefits for you

• We assign an account manager and service team to work with your staff and clients.
• You decide which accounts are served by the Care Center, you retain ownership of the accounts and there is no minimum commitment.
• We take care of billing questions, endorsements, certificates of insurance, warm leads and more.
• We assume the E&O liability for service we provide on policies handled by the Care Center.

• Clients call your dedicated account manager using a local or toll-free phone number assigned to your agency.
• Your account manager is a licensed agent with underwriting authority.  
• Account managers can provide coverage reviews and recommend additional coverages, including life insurance, if applicable.
