Our Future Insurance Professionals Internship program provides invaluable
work experience to college students who are sponsored by an insurance agency
that represents The Cincinnati Insurance Companies. This unique summer program
combines training and work, and is geared towards the highly motivated,
energetic college student who is within one year of graduation.
Interns initially spend three weeks in our headquarters, working full time
and participating in an accelerated blended learning program. Through
on-the-job training, classroom events and job shadowing, interns gain the basic
concepts of risk management. Then, the interns return to their sponsoring
agency and work there for the remainder of the summer.
This intern opportunity is designed to attract and develop talented
individuals that ultimately will support our sponsoring agencies perpetuation
plans. Students must be of junior standing and entering their senior year in
the fall.
