Employee Assistance Program
Cincinnati offers an employee assistance program for associates needing help with personal matters. This third-party vendor can recommend psychological and financial counselors, can help arrange elder care and much more. All services are free and confidential to Cincinnati associates.
A few special days throughout the year bring our Cincinnati family together. We invite associates and their families to a day at a local amusement park that’s reserved exclusively for our guests. And, of course, being the home of the Reds baseball team, Opening Day is full of traditions in the greater Cincinnati area. Associates who have tickets to the game can attend without taking vacation time.
Cincinnati believes in giving back to our community and taking care of our environment. Associates participate in a variety of community events such as United Way, ArtsWave, blood drives and the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk. In 2019, we saved more than 3,700 trees and recycled approximately 35 tons of cardboard, 0.79 tons of toner cartridges and approximately 12.84 tons of aluminum cans and plastic bottles. The company even encourages carpooling through a cash reimbursement.
We chose to locate our corporate headquarters in a suburb north of Cincinnati to ease the commute for our associates. Our headquarters facility provides free parking to associates yet is still within a short walk of shops and restaurants. On-site security officers patrol the building 24-hours a day and are available to help associates as needed.
