With the costs of medical care and services a concern for many, we understand the importance of benefit options to protect yourself and your family. Cincinnati Insurance offers full-time associates the opportunity to purchase health and prescription, vision and dental insurance.

Continuing Education

Online and classroom learning options make expanding expertise easy. A tuition assistance program is also available to associates who qualify.

Lunch Program

Associates can enjoy a subsidized lunch with a selection of soups, salads and entrées in our comfortable dining room. Hot breakfast items are also available along with various vending options.

Community Impact

Cincinnati believes in giving back to our community. Associates are invited to participate in a variety of community events such as United Way®, ArtsWave and Hoxworth blood drives.

On-site Nurses

On-site nurses offer routine blood pressure checks, allergy injections, over-the-counter medications and private rooms for physical therapy and nursing mothers.

Employee Assistance Program

Cincinnati offers an employee assistance program through a third-party vendor for associates needing help with personal matters. Consultants are available all day, every day to recommend mental health and financial counselors, help arrange child and elder care and much more. All services are free and confidential to associates.

Tickets & Discounts

Associates receive discounts from local and national vendors. They also receive tickets to the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens and a day at a local amusement park. Those with tickets to the Reds Opening Day game can attend without taking vacation time. We also reward eligible top-performing associates with a complimentary stay at one of our company condos.

Facility

Our headquarters facility provides free on-site parking for associates. On-site security officers patrol the entire campus and are available to help associates as needed. To promote health and wellness, a one mile outdoor walking path is available. A dry-cleaning service provides on-site pick-up and return delivery.
