High School Cooperatives

Our Co-op program provides high school students with the opportunity to gain meaningful work experience. Eligible candidates participate in their high school’s co-op program and have traditionally completed their junior year. Our co-ops take on administrative and task-related responsibilities in their respective departments which gives them the opportunity to:

• experience hands-on learning
• test-drive career options
• see the relevance of their classroom learning
• develop the essential skills and habits required in the workplace
• gain valuable work experience to help build a resume for post-secondary programs and future employment

To qualify, students:
