Premium Audit

How does Premium Audit make a difference? Premium Audit ensures we collect premium that is appropriate for the risk we assume. We do this by performing timely and accurate audits of our general liability, garage liability and workers' compensation lines of business and by providing expertise in classification assignments to our agents, underwriters and field marketing representatives.

Our Premium Audit team is made up of field and headquarters associates. Field auditors are assigned to territories and work from their homes while associates with support roles serve from our headquarters office.

Am I equipped for this area? Field auditors typically have an undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant insurance experience and have strong analytical and customer service skills. Support roles in Premium Audit may not require advanced degrees but do require an attention to detail and strong communication and time management skills.
