How does Corporate Accounting make a difference? Our corporate accountants handle accounts receivable and payable, payroll, financial reporting, tax preparation – including federal income tax and premium tax – and work with investors, shareholders and treasury management. Our accounting group is the bridge between our operational insurance results and creating meaningful financial statements that are of benefit to users of our financial statements.
Am I equipped for this role? Our accountants have earned undergraduate degrees and have specialized accounting knowledge. Accounting experience, ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment and accounting and report writing systems knowledge preferred.
