Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program
At Cincinnati Insurance, we want all associates to feel respected and to feel that their voice is heard. To put that into meaningful action, we’re committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion within our company. Our DEI program focuses on exploring unconscious bias, increasing our engagement with historically Black colleges and universities, creating an African American associate resource group (with additional groups to follow) and increasing minority associate interaction with senior management. By building unity across all backgrounds and disciplines, we become stronger as a company, better able to serve our customers and bring value to our communities.
