survey of information technology usage and business processes. This is the

public insurers based on 2011 assets and revenues. CFC is ranked No. 44

ENERGY STAR® – June 2012
Cincinnati Financial’s headquarters facility earned ENERGY STAR certification,
recognizing successful efforts to save energy, reduce pollution and increase
efficiency. To receive this certification, commercial buildings must perform in
the top 25 percent of similar buildings nationwide; findings are independently
verified by a licensed professional engineer. ENERGY STAR certified buildings
average 35 percent less energy usage and produce 35 percent less carbon
monoxide emissions than typical buildings.

as the Best Overall by Rating with top scores for underwriting process, responsive service,
claims handling, partnership and compensation program. Cincinnati also had the
Best Client Advocate Score indicating how likely an agent
is to recommend CIC to a colleague and was identified most often as the company
an agent doesn’t currently represent but would consider.

for 2012 by Deep Customer Connections Inc. based on survey results of more than
7,000 independent agents and brokers about carrier performance. They rated the
importance of 11 factors that measure how easy it is to place business with
