Our goal is to inspire, encourage, challenge and enable you to elevate your firm’s performance. The Agency Leadership Institute –
developed in partnership between Cincinnati Insurance, Reagan Consulting and Beyond Insurance – empowers you to evaluate where you are today, where
you have the potential of going and what you can do to get there. Through small-group workshops and agency surveys, you’ll be invigorated and ready
to lead your organization to a growing and profitable future.
Establishing a sales culture impacts not only your performance, but also your customer experience, recruiting, valuation and perpetuation. Participants of the Agency Leadership Institute will understand what a high-performing culture looks like and be introduced to the 8-Step Fundamentals System™ focused on defining and ritualizing employee behaviors that drive success.
Planning for the future is important – we all agree on that. But how do you build an effective strategic plan and put it into action? Learn what great strategic planning looks like and create a clear path to build consensus around your plan in a way that motivates your entire team to put your plans into action.
Developing a perpetuation plan doesn’t happen overnight. It takes years to build a pipeline of talented and motivated agency leaders who understand your agency’s ownership and operations. Let the Agency Leadership Institute help you identify your perpetuation goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
Assessing the value of your organization means understanding the many metrics driving that value. During the Agency Leadership Institute, you’ll determine the value of your agency and learn what you can do to enhance it.
