Mr. Spray is CEO of Cincinnati Financial Corporation and its U.S.-based subsidiaries since May 2024, and president since 2022. He joined Cincinnati in 1991 as an underwriter and became a field marketing representative in 1993. In 2007, he played a key role in forming The Cincinnati Specialty Underwriters Company. Other leadership positions include Sales & Marketing (2011-2016); Commercial Lines (2016-2019); and chief insurance officer of the property casualty subsidiaries (2019-2022).

Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer
Mr. Sewell is responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance and is the chief operating officer of CFC Investment Company, which offers leasing and financial services. Prior to joining Cincinnati in 2011 as chief financial officer, he was a partner at Deloitte & Touche and has been associated with the company for nearly 40 years.

Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, Steve Soloria

Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President
Mr. Soloria is responsible for the investment operations of Cincinnati Financial Corporation and its U.S.-based subsidiaries. With more than 30 years of institutional investment management experience, he leads the team that manages the company’s investment portfolio, which was valued at $28.4 billion as of December 31, 2024. He joined Cincinnati in 1990 as a commercial lines underwriter.

Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, Teresa Cracas

Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President
Ms. Cracas is responsible for strategic planning and risk management, including oversight of predictive analytics, property casualty reserving and pricing, strategic innovation, ceded reinsurance programs, corporate marketing and communications, human resources and policyholder experience. She is also a director of Cincinnati Global Underwriting Agency Ltd., the managing agent for Lloyd’s of London Syndicate 318. She joined Cincinnati in 1987 as a commercial lines underwriter.

Executive Vice President, Sean Givler

Sean Givler, CIC, CRM

Executive Vice President – Commercial and Life Insurance
Mr. Givler is responsible for commercial and life insurance operations, including executive oversight of commercial field sales and agency relationships. He joined Cincinnati in 1997 as a commercial lines underwriter and gained experience as a field marketing representative and regional field manager before being named to lead Sales & Marketing in 2016 then Commercial Lines in 2019.

Angie Delaney

Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing
Ms. Delaney is responsible for property casualty insurance sales and marketing operations, including management of field underwriters and independent agency relationships. She joined Cincinnati as a field marketing representative in Montana in 1998 and has held positions of increasing authority and responsibility in field sales, including senior field director in Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, South Dakota and Washington.

Senior Vice President, Don Doyle

Don Doyle, Jr., CPCU, AIM

Senior Vice President and Executive Advisor
Mr. Doyle was responsible for excess and surplus lines underwriting and operations from its start in 2007 until January 2025. He is currently serving in an executive advisory role, following his announced plan to retire later this year. Cincinnati Specialty Underwriters recorded more than $600 million in premium in 2024 with a combined ratio of 86.7% since inception.

Executive Vice President, Will Van Den Heuvel

Mr. Van Den Heuvel is responsible for specialty and personal insurance, including oversight of Personal Lines, Excess & Surplus Lines, Cincinnati Re and Cincinnati Global Underwriting Ltd. After more than a decade in the insurance industry, he joined Cincinnati in 2014 to lead personal lines operations and has played a pivotal role in entering new geographic markets, expanding our high net worth business and launching E&S homeowner coverage.

Senior Vice President of Life Marketing Administration, Roger Brown

Roger Brown, FSA, MAAA, CLU

Chief Operating Officer, Cincinnati Life and Senior Vice President
Mr. Brown has direct responsibility for the underwriting and operations of The Cincinnati Life Insurance Company. He is a U.S. Army veteran and joined Cincinnati in 1997 as an actuary. Cincinnati Life supports our agency-centered business model by deepening relationships with agents while diversifying revenue and profitability for both the agency and our company.

Senior Vice President – Excess & Surplus Lines
Ms. Chapel has direct responsibility for excess and surplus lines underwriting and the operations of The Cincinnati Specialty Underwriters Insurance Company and CSU Producer Resources Inc. She has also played a key role in the development and launch of new products brokered with Lloyd’s of London. She joined Cincinnati in 2000 as a commercial lines underwriter before joining the E&S team in 2008.

Senior Vice President of Reinsurance Assumed, Phil Sandercox

Senior Vice President, Head of Cincinnati Re
Mr. Sandercox has direct responsibility for Cincinnati’s reinsurance assumed operations, known as Cincinnati Re. He joined Cincinnati in 2016 as head of specialty casualty reinsurance, overseeing the strategic direction, underwriting and management of the company’s specialty casualty portfolio. His deep knowledge of reinsurance markets was gained through positions with Aspen Re America, Gen Re and Willis Re.

Chief Claims Officer and Senior Vice President of Headquarters Claims, Marc Schambow

Chief Claims Officer and Senior Vice President
Mr. Schambow is responsible for all headquarters and field claims operations, including claims administration and the company’s special investigations unit, since 2021. He joined Cincinnati in 1988 as a field claims representative in Wisconsin before being promoted to casualty claims supervisor. He was the first claims manager for The Cincinnati Specialty Underwriting Insurance Company in 2007, transitioning to lead the field claims team in 2014.

Mr. Schuler has direct responsibility for all personal lines operations, including underwriting, sales, insurance regulatory filings, product development and risk management. He joined Cincinnati in 2015 with responsibility for the product management team overseeing personal lines property. More recently, he served as director of all personal lines underwriting.

Mr. Swisher has direct responsibility for commercial lines underwriting and operations, including Management Liability & Surety, Machinery & Equipment and Loss Control services. After more than a decade in the insurance industry, he joined Cincinnati in 2016 as vice president of commercial key accounts to expand our large account capabilities and expertise.
