Class I watercraft: Watercraft including runabouts, cuddy cabin,
pontoon boats, sailboats, rowboats and canoes
Class II watercraft: Any watercraft with permanent “sleeping,”
“cooking” and “sanitary” facilities, including cruisers, motor yachts and most
sailboats over 26 feet
