Uniquely Cincinnati
A few of our more popular amenities are known around the area. Associates enjoy a company-subsidized lunch program and can choose from a variety of soups, salads and entrees in our spacious and comfortable dining room. Hot breakfast items are also available in the dining room, along with a variety of vending options.

Wellness Programs
We offer a variety of wellness programs including on-site fitness classes, Weight Watchers^® meetings and lunch time seminars on wellness topics. Onsite nurses offer routine blood pressure checks, allergy injections, over-the-counter medication and rooms for nursing mothers or for physical therapy. We even have special yearly events to screen for prostate and breast cancer and to do cholesterol screenings.

Discounts
Our associates appreciate receiving discounts through local and national vendors for items such as cell phone service, computers, Broadway shows and hotels. Twice a year, the company treats associates and their families to the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens!

Continuing Education
We have a culture of life-long learning and encourage associates to increase their personal skills and their general business and industry-specific knowledge. Online and classroom learning options in our Learning Center make expanding expertise easy, and a tuition assistance program is available to associates who qualify. Associates also enjoy regular meetings of our Toastmasters International^® club and technology user groups that meet to share information on the latest technology trends.

Employee Assistance Program
Cincinnati offers an employee assistance program for associates needing help with personal matters. This third-party vendor can recommend psychological and financial counselors, can help arrange elder care and much more. All services are free and confidential to Cincinnati associates.

Special Events
A few special days throughout the year bring our Cincinnati family together. We invite associates and their families to a day at a local amusement park that’s reserved exclusively for our guests. Associates also enjoy an extra half-day of vacation the day before Thanksgiving to get a jump on holiday preparations. And, of course, being the home of the Reds baseball team, Opening Day is full of traditions in the greater Cincinnati area. Associates who have tickets to the game can attend without taking vacation time.

Community Impact
Cincinnati believes in giving back to our community and taking care of our environment. Associates participate in a variety of community events such as United Way, ArtsWave, blood drives and the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk. In 2011, we saved nearly 7,000 trees and recycled approximately 3,000 pounds of aluminum cans donating more than $13,000 from the proceeds to a local charity and school district. The company even encourages car pooling through a cash reimbursement and a reserved spot in the parking garage.

Facility
We chose to locate our corporate headquarters in a suburb north of Cincinnati to ease the commute for our associates. Our headquarters facility provides free parking to associates yet is still within a short walk of shops and restaurants. Onsite security officers patrol the building 24-hours a day and are available to help associates as needed.
