• Participate in monthly emergency drills. Mock drills allow staff members to test what they’ve learned by reacting to hypothetical situations.
• Document your practice’s efforts to prepare for emergencies. Receive online confirmations each time you or your staff members pass a test. This record of completed courses, tests and drills could help demonstrate your intent to diligently meet patient needs.
